Poocha (Cat) and Lion

Long long ago, there was a Poocha (cat). Poocha wanted to drink payasa (kheer/dessert)
For making payasa, it needed firewood...

So, in order to make payasa, poocha decided to go to forest to collect firewood
As it ventured into the forest, it heard a loud sound, "WHO GOES THERE?"
The sound was that of a big bad lion....
And the lion said in a booming voice, "bu hu ha ha ha ha... Mad cat, i am very hungry... So I am going to kill you and eat you"
The lion didn't have to kill the poocha... It was scared to death as it is.
With death approaching, the trembling cat said, "don't kill me now, oh king of the forest... I am here to pick up firewood, to light my stove, to make payasa. Let me make some and give it to you... After that you can have me"
The ferocious lion thought for a while, why not have dessert first and main course later? Not bad. "Ok by me" said the lion
So before killing the cat, the lion agreed to have payasa...
Poocha started collecting and gathering firewood... As the weight increased, poocha asked the king of the forest to hold some firewood. The simba, thinking of sweet payasa, obliged...

So they gathered and brought back the fire wood to the house, to light the fire in the kitchen to make payasa for the lion after which the lion would eat the poocha
Poocha led the lion into poochas home...
The lion put all the firewood in the stove as it was heavy.
The poocha said, please wait outside as I will be distracted by thinking about my impending death if you are in the kitchen and the semiya  payasa will taste bad.
Now the lion was waiting outside for paayasa and poocha was cooking inside
As the poocha poured ghee into the pot, the lion could smell the wonderful taste in its mouth
It was going crazy outside the house
The lion yelled from outside the poochas house, "is it ready?"
The poocha said... “It will take time... The milk has to boil for long time”
The poocha made payasa and drank it..
It drank the whole thing up
Glum glum glum... Slurp!!! Yum!!!
By now the lion was pacing up and down impatiently. The lion asked, "is it ready?"
The poocha said, “Bit more time....”
And jumped out of the window and ran
The lion carried all the firewood, put it in the stove and help make paayasa for poocha
poocha bling, simba pling
End of story.
